Tell us the problem and your suburb. We send your details to the licensed plumbers we work with, and they contact you. More than one may call, so you can compare and choose. Asking is free, and we are not the plumber.

What happens after I ask for a plumber?

We pass it on
Your details go to the licensed plumbers we work with. How we check our plumbers.
You choose
The plumbers contact you. Ask for a price and a time, then pick the one that suits you.
Will more than one plumber call me?
You may get a few calls. That's normal, and it lets you compare prices and times before you pick one. Every request goes to every plumber in our group.
Does it cost anything to ask?
No. Asking is free. The plumbers pay us a fee for each request. If you go ahead, you pay the plumber directly, so ask for their call-out fee and price before they start.
What don't we do?
We are not a plumbing company, and we do not do the work.
We do not set prices. Each plumber sets their own.
We do not guarantee workmanship. That is between you and the plumber you choose, so ask them what they cover before work starts.
Common questions about how this works
Who does the work?
A licensed plumber. We pass your job to independent plumbers with a current NSW contractor licence. The one you choose does the work and sets the price. We check every plumber's NSW licence before they join.
